I really enjoy personally Cooking Special Dinner Parties for up to Twelve Guests. I can also cook for up to 30 guests when serving in a casual buffet or family style.

Seafood ,Clambakes and Real BBQ
An outdoor space and the worlds freshest Seafood can make for a memorable party. Johns 35 years of experience and expertise of sourcing and cooking our local bounty is unmatched.
REAL BBQ- A two day process is involved in creating a real BBQ feturing smoked Pork Ribs,beef ribs,chicken etc. The best prime meat smoked low and slow and served with the classic side dishes
John will custom design a menu for your family and guests, shop, cook in your home, clean up and leave your refrigerator filled with meals for three to five days.
For drop off service you can choose items from a changing weekly menu of chefs specialties to be delivered to your home.
